  • <> When owners are behind in payments, when there’s a lien, or when a property is in foreclosure…call us.  We have expert negotiators that work short-sales with the banks. If you hurry, we may have options other than that.
  • <> We buy REO’s in any condition!  If you bring us a REO property where the bank will take 60% of it's value minus repairs, then we will pay you DOUBLE your commission!
Don't sit on a house that’s not moving!  Why not get a return on the time you’ve invested, rather than ending up with zero?  When you work with us, you’ll be rewarded for your efforts!
